Very wet day to introduce a new volunteer to the Park. Camera stayed in bag most of the morning.
route: Crow Wood circle then edge of Drinkwater Meadow, inside wall of Knightslow Wood, above Poynton Brook to Paddock Cottage.

route: back via Pursefield Wood to Timber Yard (lunch)
route: Across Hall North Entrance to The Stables

route: toward East Lodge then onto Caters Slack
at this point we turned back in response to a radio call and returned to estate office before setting out again.
route: Behind The Stables, follow boundary of Hampers Wood to Knightslow Wood

route: Enter Knightslow Wood on the Bowstones track
Gritstone Trail marker at entrance to Knightlow Wood. This route makes a great 3 day walk.

route: Across to and past Paddock Cottage; curve down track to Hase Bank Wood; join West Park drive back to Main Car park.
Rain has reduced and Winter Hill can now be seen the far side of Manchester
